This is a new author for me and this prequel was a great introduction to a new series. I loved the characters and the intro to this intriguing and compelling new series. The narration was fabulous too.

Tinsley was my first audiobook by DL Lane and what a sweet treat it was. Tinsley and Jesse’s love story promises to be an action and romance packed one. In this short story We are also introduced to the other Delta Security members giving us a sneak pick to their personalities.

This prequel was so informative. I loved how you got to know so many characters and a slight look into their stories. I really need the whole series now!!! A brilliant performance from both Andy and Eric.

This is a quick listen and the prequel to the Delta Security series,which I know from listening to this short story will be AMAZING!!!!
We are introduced to Jesse/Cowboy and Tinsley whose full story we will experience in Cowboy which will be book 1 in this series.
This is an age gap story which is 15 years between them Jesse is a former Navy Seal and is friends with Tinsley's brother in Law.
Tinsley has had a crush on Jesse since she was a teen,but that crush turned into love as the years go by...That love is sealed for her when they have a dance at her sisters wedding.
Jesse knows there is a connection between him and Tinsley and he cannot stop himself from stealing light touches and whispering sweet words to her whenever they are together.
He keeps telling himself that the age difference is a problem and that is his excuse for them not being together..Especially when Tinsley pours her heart out to him.
But between me and you there is something deeper going on here that we will find out in COWBOY ..Which I cannot wait to read.
I loved the anticipation of this story and the will they won't they..D.L. Lane's writing is wonderful she manages to write a quick story that still feels so full of information,that we will need for future reference.
The Narration is Perfect I really enjoyed Andy Garcia Ruse and Eric Bryan Moore's performances they are Fantastic telling this story.listening to them was so easy and I was able to lose myself within the book.
Be aware that this book because it a prequel ends with no answers to whether Jesse and Tinsley get together or not...It makes you want to read their story so much more, I am super intrigued.
I loved listening to this story.
Excellent introduction to Tinsley and Jesse's romance.

This book is a great start to the series. I didn't know the author before, but I liked the writing style. I was able to quickly get involved with the protagonists. Tinsley is in love with Jesse, but he blocks it out. The age difference would be too great and Tinsley not yet of age in the beginning. The story makes you want more!

The two narrators did a good job. They both had pleasant voices and it was entertaining to listen to them
