Summary
Tommy Jenkins is new around town but quickly joins the ranks of a militarized group of kids known as the Suns. Using an organized system of teams, armed with water guns, water balloons, and even golf carts, the Suns spend their summers protecting their beloved park from a neighboring band of bullies.
