I really liked listening to these books! I haven't quite hit 40 yet but I am close. I can still apply a lot of what it taught.

I definitely struggle with some of my eating habits and have tried a lot of different things to help me. This book defenitly spoke to me. It is written in a way that sets you up for success. I would recommend it!

The book is easy to follow, the book is helpful and informative on the knowlege of how metabolism works and how the body ages which is a wake up call for me. It teaches the relevant truth to help get healthy and avoild the diseases that plague a lot of people over forties, it shows how to power the mind. The tips and strategies are practical and doable to improve the quality of life. Chapter nine helps with what to eat as it gives the science behind food which is helpful.

I am overweight. I have tried getting fit on and off but I have been inconsistent and a bit ignorant when it comes to my nutrition. I have been looking for a resource that would help me begin making the changes I know I need to make and I found this book to be it.
