About this listen

Two necromancers, a fortress, and a titan—that might not sound too complicated, but for Timmy, nothing is ever simple.

To earn his pardon and win the war against the Eternal Empire, Timmy will need to call upon every scrap of power, cunning, and determination he can muster. Whether it's dealing with belligerent spider people, whales who're too angry to die, or otherworldly titans with dreams of conquest, Timmy and the gang will have their work cut out for them.

The Eternal Empire might have assembled the greatest armada the world has ever seen, and they might have a seemingly endless supply of hidden naval bases. The less said about their secret projects and ancient artifacts, the better.

However, Timmy is going to teach them a very, very important lesson—never, ever mess with a Grand Necromancer who has time to plan, especially when he's accompanied by a gang of the world's most unconventional heroes.

Timmy is wise and funny as always, I’m definitely convinced that Avraniel is interested in the pencil pusher, he’s almost always the first person she thinks about either him or spot. It’s cute how they interact and I always love listening to this series and laughed hard quite often.

Timmy is always the best part of my day.

L.G.Estrella continues their fun story and characters. As always the child and guardian character moments are amazing and the overall plot and world engaging. They haven't dropped the habit of telling/ explaining to reader something is powerful, ethical instead of demonstrating. This causes some parts of the book to drag especially the ethical whaling section. A character will inform you of something rather than the stroy demonstrating something. eg x is a powerful wizard to be feared oc said rather than power crackled from the wizard, and those around him bowed their heads fearing to catch his eyes as the Wiz approached oc. This is not a major issue just something to keep in mind. I plan to listen to part 2 and keep up with this great cast of characters

Amazing character moments and world building, lots of telling not demonstrating

After listening to all the other audio books many times,I feel this new edition was made for a younger audience than the others.
That being said the story was entertaining, it was great to have new characters added and old characters story's progress and I am looking forward to December 2nd when part 2 is released.

Spots heritage.

The most bizarre named books I've listened to and they are awesome. Again as with all the books in this series we hit the ground running with characters that by themselves would be entertaining and together they are brilliant. Just such an enjoyable book and fantastic narration.

Just great listening
