Summary

A new job and a hot but grouchy boss for Christmas.

Falling stars are supposed to be a lucky sign, but not for Austen. Her new job as a secretary in an international games company isn't off to a good start. Her first assignment - decorating the Christmas tree in the lobby - results in a trip to the ER after Dee, the company's second-in-command, gets hit by the star-shaped tree topper.

A title by Jae is never disappointing and narrated by Abby Craden makes it even better. I liked the characters and the story and the way Jae uses characters from other stories in the narrative.

I listened to this book and it was one of the best ones I've listened to. I got soooo excited as there was a subtle connection to another of Jaes books called conflict of interest. Brilliant, brilliant book!!!!
