This book is a great listen, well read and more importantly full of facts that everyone needs to know!
The audible version is a great way to digest the information but I’d recommend a notebook and pen or buying the physical book too because you’re going to want to talk to everyone about what you’ve learned!
Sharron has produced a well researched and accurate book that every parent, grandparent, sports person, woman, girl, coach, well everyone really should know!

What is being done to women’s sports is simply an injustice, as this audiobook explains, is wrong. The one flaw it has is not mentioning that other women, such as Megan Rapinoe, have supported trans players in women’s sports. Women like that helped to let their doom in through the front door, and it won’t leave the same way.

Thorough, respectful and truly insightful investigation into this issue. Not an easy subject to tackle and bring into the open but Sharon has done an amazing job of opening my eyes to the importance of science backed research in this area.

I wrote a better review that for some reason was not published? So I’m keeping it simpler. The title is the crux of it. Sharon demonstrates you can’t remove biological male advantage in womens sport. Not just from testosterone levels, but all the biological features of biology than males are born with. So open category needed/here and coming even more it seems now the scientific results are more available - thanks to brave women like Sharon and the researchers mentioned in the book. Great work. Much needed.

Sharron Davies is my hero. She’s extremely accomplished, intelligent and brave. I learnt so much about the cheating that robbed her of her rightful medals and how the poor women and girls who were drugged by the GDR in order to have a competitive advantage were affected. It’s shocking that we are still allowing this same cheating in a slightly different, and even more outrageous, form. Could not recommend this more.
