Brought to you by Penguin.
Migraines, back pain, fibromyalgia, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic fatigue and a host of other chronic illnesses have crippled modern populations. For the past twenty years, Dr Howard Schubiner has been conducting clinical trials, writing more than 100 scientific papers and giving lectures to get to the root cause and find out how to reverse these insidious illnesses.
Unlearn Your Pain is the result of this work, revealing Dr Schubiner's life-changing program to effectively treat chronic pain, anxiety and depression.
Drawing on the latest neuroplasticity research and the science behind the mind-body connection, readers will be guided step-by-step towards a new understanding of how the mind affects our pain - both physical and emotional - and how we can take back control to live a pain-free life.
'In Unlearn Your Pain, a master clinician provides a revolutionary approach to understanding and resolving chronic pain and related conditions' – Dr Gabor Maté, author of The Myth of Normal
'Unlearn Your Pain will change everything you thought you knew about chronic pain, fatigue, anxiety, and depression.' – Dr Rangan Chatterjee, author of Make Change That Lasts

I'd been wanting to read this book for a long time, but it was too expensive to ship over to the UK from America. Now that there's a recording on here, it's SO much more accessible for people!
REAL science, REAL tools to heal

Why did you resort to dividing groups after that, wasn't it enough to say humans with traumatic experiences hurt so we all feel seen.. Why dismissing white men and make us feel hurt and unseen like every other book and publication for the last 30 years??? We don't live in some 1950s american stereotype, we are a minority in the world and many places in our native homelands and definitely not privileged, that is just lies that is meant to hurt us.
I can't find a single book that actually caters to white men that you claim everything caters to so stop the evil lies.
Dismissive of men, and white men in particular.
