Very helpful, very enlightening and yes there is a pdf. The reviewer who cannot find the pdf may be not experienced in the matter so allow me to explain that you can see the pdf in the Android app and access it by the chapter menu, or you can download it via the main audible website when using Chrome or Edge.

It is certainly present and contains the recipes and the footnotes. It is not intended to be like a full copy of the whole book. It is a useful supplement to the audiobook. Hope this helps and if it does please amend your rating of the book because a low rating could reduce the confidence of someone who otherwise would try the method and be helped by it.

I can warmly recommend the book which actually explains a bt more about WHY these things work at the organelle level (mitochondria) - and why this is actually working in a way different to what we might have assumed and how that fact can be harnessed to make being in ketosis easier and making the metabolism more active and healthy, using a selection of dietary and non-dietary keys.

So far what I have been able to put in practice out of it is helping, and I am thinking of getting my own goat.

I have been trying to get my weight to what I consider my ideal weight. With the aid of Dr Gundry’s teachings in this book, I have shifted 10 kg in two months eating a wide verity of foods.
I have not been hungry if felt I am lacking in anything
Eating out can be a challenge but not insurmountable.
I have more energy and clearer thinking.
I recommend listening/reading several times especially when you are in transition.
