Our new detective agency isn’t exactly booming, and I can’t quite tell whether it’s because we’re three strange men trying to solve others’ problems or the pig.

It might be the pig.

Of course, nothing can ever be simple for too long with Felix and Lane around. When Grayson–a man I used to work with–calls, everything is thrown out of control. I’d been willing to give him my heart once, but after my world was shattered by outside forces, I’m not sure there’s any heart left to give. But life for someone like me doesn’t stay quiet… though maybe quiet isn’t what I need. Maybe someone to pull me out of my past and push me toward our future is who I’ve been waiting for all along.

I’m determined to clean up the past and make Cal’s life better, even if he has no idea what I’m doing… even if he’s determined to never speak to me again. Yet when events lead us together, I can’t stop myself from being overwhelmingly happy to be in his presence again. He might believe that he’s a bad guy, but I see him for the amazing, kind, and funny person he is. But first we have to end the past that’s been haunting both of us once and for all. Thankfully, he’s going to be right by my side as we do it.

A great story. It is impossible not to fall in love with Felix, oreo's and the pig. There was suspense and a great deal of laughing out loud! Joel Leslie's performance was excellent, as usual. Thank you....!

A great addition to the series and although this book focuses on Cal and Grayson, Lane and Felix are still very much present. It has all the humour and chaos that you expect from this author and plenty of "feels" aswell as a well written storyline. The narration is excellent as Joel Leslie brings the book to life. Well worth a listen.
