It's nice to see this information collected in one place for ease of access, but it does all feel quite superficial. This is understandable given the constraints of a book, but I would have enjoyed a deeper dive, into fewer characters personally.

It’s about time someone put together a collection of these women. I lived the story. I will listen again. Absolutely brilliant. A couple of daft we stumbles in the narration but it’s doesn’t take away from the excellent writing and info provided

Really interesting insights and how they link to the modern day woman. It was also marvellous to hear of stories and characters I had not come across.
