Not quite the most unsettling psychological thriller I have read this year, I am in a thriller mood lately and this didn't unsettle me and I wasn't on the edge of my seat.

I was intrigued by the characters and the weirdness of the friendship / obsession that developed, I think Heather had the potential to be enough of a threat without the events of the past, in the sense of a 'single white female' type of attachment.

Yes there are some awful things that happen, and I would have probably given it 4 stars if I had gone into it without expecting it to be something different, because of that tagline, it just didn't reach that level for me......

I will read more from the author...

Not quite the most unsettling psychological.......

OK story some twists but my main issue is I couldn't stand Heather either her voice or the character completely draining

I loved this book, the story is gripping and you are left guessing up until the very end as to how it is going to turn out. My only wish was that it didn’t end where it did as I feel there was more to be told.

The narration is excellent, both narrators really bring a depth to the characters and really added to the whole atmosphere of the book. I’d definitely look out for more books narrated by them.

This one got me, well written and read. We all need a lesson in how not to jump to conclusions but instead, take everyone on their own merits and how they treat you.

Very true to life and why we should all be careful not to judge.

Any additional comments?

Very good book but extremely dark story, I don't think I would want to listening to it again, it made me feel uneasy and depressed when it finished. Great narration.

Very good but extremely dark
