Broke and lonely, Kim is about to make the worst decision ever.

Divorced and struggling, middle-aged Kim is hanging on by her fingernails. When her elderly mother invites her to move home to Florida, to the lush island of her childhood, Kim is tempted. She could spend time with Mom, start her dream business, and craft the perfect new life.

I loved the narration of Jenny Myers

Kim is dealing with has turned fifty and now is dealing with professional, medical, marital and elder care . Everything seems to come at once.
She has , determination and intelligence carry them all . There's a sweet romance, too.

I really enjoyed this book! As a 46 year old divorced woman about to move back home with her mum it was so relatable.

The story is about a lady hitting 50, getting divorced, moving home and trying to look after he elder relatives and start a new career all at once! I found myself really engaged with the main character and really rooting for her. There is some romance in there too. Totally recommend.
