The narrator of this book is nice to listen to. Each short guided visualization also has positive affirmations. Thoughts become things; every human-created "thing" once started with a thought. And thoughts have energies (we sense these as feelings), so by practicing the thoughts and energies that are in alignment with wealth manifestation, it makes sense that it would help wealth more easily come to us. It feels nice to relax about money, and trust that there is always enough to go around. In that state of relaxation, I find my creativity rises, therefore I'm able to come up with more wealth-generating ideas ;)
