This might be the perfect book. The most honest representation of what living with depression feels like, what it looks like and how hard it can be to share that with someone. It is brutally honest but also hopeful, a reminder that you likely won’t ever be cured and there is no magic fix but it doesn’t mean you can’t have a full and beautiful life. Just as you are. Also Russ….he is the most absolutely perfect book boyfriend and I think I might be in love. I cannot recommend this book enough. I will be buying the hard copy as well.

So good that I am going to listen to it again immediately.
