The story just felt a little lacking. The characters were fine, but perhaps not padded out enough. I didn’t find the story too creepy, which is what I’d been hoping for.

First off, the narrator was really good. No bad noises , read at a good speed and didn’t do funny accents. It was a pleasure to listen to her read.

I really enjoyed this. I am a huge Darcy Coates fan and as usual I wasn’t disappointed in her latest book. The storyline kept me interested the entire way through and I was disappointed when it ended.

This was such a good book, it had suspense, monsters, gore and a HEA, I’m a huge fan of Darcy’s books and this one didn’t disappoint. Thoroughly enjoyed Reba’s performance I’m always a bit dubious when there’s only one narrator to do all characters but she did a great job and brought all the characters to life 👏👏👏
