I found this a great addictive listen. Strong story line and superb characters that I could identify with. You know a good book when by the end you know and understand them all. Can recommend as a good listen.

This is my first audiobook by this author and narrators. I found it very intriguing from the physiology, well put together and a great listen. The story was interesting and I enjoyed the twists and working through the connections.

Favourite character is Ella, and her continuous questions. The photograph was unexpected. A great read, great characters and certainly makes you think.

A coincidence is my thoughts, when is a coincidence, not a coincidence? Well worth listening to, and I will listen to more books by both the authour and narrators.

A good one.

Where does While My Eyes Were Closed rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This is way up there among the best.having had a teenager missing (thankfully for only a few hours) my heart ached for Lisa and her family. This is a raw heart tearing story of the agony parents go through when a child is taken

What did you like best about this story?

How the author was able to paint such a truly agonising picture of a family suffering the loss of a child. The guilt the fear, the anger is there in every page.

Have you listened to any of the narrators’s other performances? How does this one compare?

No, but it was a very polished performace

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Definitely I was hooked from the very begining

I have recommended this book, it is such an emotional subject portrayed in a very real and sensitive way. Loved it.

wow what a strory, completely riveting, had me hooked straight from the start, without giving anything away, this is a story of abduction, at times its so real it takes your breath away, I would think any adult with children can relate to such a powerful story and subject, a few times this story touched me to such an extent I found myself crying with the emotions it invoked, a wonderful roller-coaster ride, great narration from all the cast, I can't rate this story high enough
