This is a well told story. Plenty of action, mystery and humour mixed together. A nice amount of magic complete with various supernaturals.

This is the first time I have read/listened to any of Adaline Winters, I have found this story full of chaim. With every supernatural trying to find each others secrects, with Cora having the most to hide. As the story unfolds we find out a little more of ever.
Read brilliantly by Nicol Zanzarella.

I picked up Whispers of the Dead not really knowing what to expect, and I ended up loving it. The story was fast-paced, the supernatural side was really well done, and Cora is such a strong, likeable main character. She’s funny, stubborn, and just feels real. I liked the mix of mystery and magic, and the world felt fresh without trying too hard. It kept me hooked all the way through, and now I kind of want the next book immediately. Would definitely recommend if you’re into paranormal reads that aren’t too heavy but still keep you guessing.

If you are looking for a good audio book I would definitely recommend this one! I have just finished listening to it and it's freaking brilliant! Well worth a listen or read as you can buy the physical book! Adaline Winters is a fabulous writer that keeps you engaged the whole way through! The characters are excellent! I am starting the next book now as I cant wait to find out what happens! I normally save my audio books for cleaning and things that I need distracting from but tonight tv is off and audio book is on!
