I thought this 46-hr double audiobook was good value.

WHITE NOISE FOR SLEEP: While there are few words in this audiobook, there are 4 tracks each of warm white noise, cool white noise, and fan & water white noise, making 12 tracks all up. Each 2-hr track starts with the spoken title then provides a backdrop of soothing sounds to assist in sleeping. I set the timer on my Audible app for 30 minutes each night, which was enough time to help me drop off. In all, the audiobook provided 24 hours of sound which seems generous.

SOOTHING SOUNDS
This 22-hour audiobook contains 11 different 2-hr tracks of soothing sounds to assist sleep or meditation. I trialed them at night to help me fall asleep. Some were really perfect for sleep, while others are better suited for meditation, study, or as non-intrusive background noise. I liked Campfire by the Surf, Northumberland Roll, and Ocean Shore the most, but of course, everyone will have different favourites.

The narration is also very good. Every beginner should listen, I would definitely recommend this book for anyone that needs some calm in their life. This book helped me go to sleep. I want to listen to this audiobook because I know it was the best to book ever for me.
