This book cleverly summaries empirical research around complimentary health practices and consciousness, highlighting key theories in very clear and digestible ways. I love that the author does not use strong speculation when explaining ‘woo woo’ phenomenon but instead harnesses existing research to critique and support his understanding. Excellent read. Highly recommend.
