Martin Jarvis's perfomances of the William stories are a joy. This collection is one of the best – showing William in all his semi-heroic glory, bathed in Crompton's trademark wit and delivered with panache by Jarvis. Highly recommended.

One of the best William collections

Love the William stories. Some have aged a little, but that in itself is interesting. Nowadays, he'd quite possibly be considered for an ADHD referral. 😏

Love Martin Jarvis reading these.
