About this listen

Motherless and raised alongside her brothers, Alanah, a Canaanite, is no stranger to fighting. When her father and brothers are killed in battle with the Hebrews, she disguises herself and sneaks onto the battlefield to avenge her family. The one thing she never counted on was surviving.

Tobiah, a Hebrew warrior, has spent his share of time on the battlefield and is shocked to find an unconscious woman among the casualties. Compelled to bring her to a healer back at the Hebrew camp, he's unprepared for the consequences of what he intended as an act of compassion.

In order to survive, Alanah must unite with her enemy. But will a terrible revelation drive her toward an even greater danger?

Another great book, sad to come to the end of the series, really well written and a great storyline. The only thing that spoilt it was the male narrater, he sounded very robotic, much prefer if it were just the female narrator as it was in the previous two books.

Great storyline

Loved how all the characters knitted together so well over this series. It brought the exodus story alive and new angles to think about. Thank you for the story and great narration

Superb Series and I loved every one..

I enjoyed them all and well narrated. Each book threaded together and so interesting to hear how people lived in those days. It also helps with remembering timelines in the Old Testament
