What grabbed me most was how clearly it connects focus, emotions, and relationships. The money and relationship sections, in particular, felt refreshingly honest. There were moments where I caught myself nodding along because it described patterns I’ve struggled with but never quite put into words. That alone made the book feel worthwhile.
The writing style is easy to follow, which matters when attention comes and goes. I didn’t feel pressured to read it all at once. I could dip into a section, take one idea, and actually use it instead of feeling overwhelmed.
