You aren't lazy. You aren't disorganized. You aren't "too much." You have a female ADHD brain—living in a world that was never designed for it.

For decades, ADHD research ignored women. The diagnostic criteria, the coping strategies, the productivity advice—all of it was built around how ADHD shows up in men. Meanwhile, you've been battling a cycle of burnout, shame, and masking that nobody around you seems to understand.

Why does every "simple" task feel like an uphill battle? Why can you hyperfocus for six hours on something that fascinates you but can't make yourself start a ten-minute chore? Why do your emotions spike right before your period—and why won't anyone connect the dots?

This audiobook does.

Women with Adult ADHD 10-in-1 is a comprehensive two-manuscript audiobook—combining an evidence-based guide and a hands-on workbook into one resource. It doesn't just explain what's happening in your brain. It gives you the tools to actually do something about it.

Audiobook 1: Women with ADHD 5-in-1: The Evidence-Based Guide to Organize Your Life, Sharpen Focus, Balance Hormones, and Master Emotions, Money and Relationships

  • Mastering Your World
  • Harnessing Your Attention
  • The Hormonal Compass
  • The Emotional Guide
  • Integrated Success

Audiobook 2: ADHD Workbook for Women 5-in-1: How to Declutter, Beat Overwhelm, Sharpen Executive Function, Sync Hormones, Tame Emotions, and Strengthen Relationships

  • Beat Task Paralysis
  • Overcome Time Blindness
  • Sync with Your Biology
  • Calm the Storm
  • Psychological Reframing
  • Relational Harmony

THIS ISN'T ANOTHER GENERIC PRODUCTIVITY AUDIOBOOK.

Whether you're looking to sharpen your executive function, stabilize your finances, understand the connection between your cycle and your symptoms, or simply stop feeling like you're "falling behind" a standard that was never built for you—everything you need is here.

I listened to this with hopes with understanding how my brain works. I have ADHD and struggle with staying on track and in the past have sabatoged relationships and never understood why. Listening to this had me always nodding along and saying, "Yep, I do that often, I never thought about doing ABC to get back on track." I feel better knowing that my brain is different and I have the tools to help me regulate my bad ADHD days and feel semi normal.

This is a long listen, but it stayed engaging because each section focuses on a different part of living with adult ADHD as a woman. I liked the mix of routines, emotional tools, relationship tips, and home strategies, and the checklists made everything easier to follow. I finished with practical ideas I can actually use to manage ADHD and build a life where I can flourish.

This book is a great read for anyone who has ADHD or wants to know how to support someone they know who does have ADHD. I love that the overall theme of this book is that women are often expected to be the ones that do everything and that is overwhelming for any woman, but even more so for one who has ADHD. I also love that this book is written by a psychologist which makes me feel better about the tips and tricks suggested in this book. Overall really great book to help you understand your body and how to take back control of your life when you have ADHD.
