Super narration and very interesting concept. I finished the book and worksheet understanding the concept of 'Work Energy' however I would have liked more content helping me determine my own Work Energy as without this it's difficult to apply the learnings.

I have followed Jim and Ricky for a while now so getting this on audio was a no brainer. Enjoyed it as much As I thought I would and I really now fully understand the Groundhog approach to tasks. It is a valuable story that Jim has told and one that will resonate with the vast majority of listeners. I am glad it is now in my collection.
