My wife forces me to participate in this session with her, which is something I've never been interested in but have all of a sudden grown dependent on. This light exercise is adaptable to the needs of each practitioner because to its mild nature. This book provides support and guidance to flow through a variety of stretches and exercises, including a wake-up session to bring your body back to life after being immobile for a long time, a lower body decompression practise, neck and wrist targeting, and more. This book has inspired me to start practicing yoga. It's a great way to keep moving as I tend to sit at my desk for long periods of time and end up having back pain.

The exercise recommended are simple and manageable and having guidance while I do these stretches etc will be awesome.
