As a man, to be honest, I didn’t know much about pregnancy and its needs. But after listening to this book, I realized how important it is for women to stay healthy and fit during pregnancy. While listening to this yoga audiobook, I found the exercises quite simple and easy to follow, yet very helpful even for a normal person so I can only imagine how beneficial they must be for pregnant women.
