This book was amazing, clear and powerful. With lots of direct guidance. I bought this on my way to Egypt on a cosmic initiation journey, and from the first day of giving it a try, I was absolutely amazed by what was coming through, guidance that helped me to understand what I was doing there and helped me to understand the meaning of the things I was seeing in a way I never would have put things together. This book helped me to open the door to guidance, and even channel physically, visually and make sense of it. I should state that I was already working with some forms of channeling, so it was not starting cold. But automatic writing was new to me, and took off like a rocket. It’s true the hardest thing is to allow, and ignore the “I’m making this up” feeling, as you lean into it, the material that came out had undeniable corroborations with things I could not have known. And references to places that I didn’t even know where on my path until I saw them and was there. The proofs will come. Just allow everything and do not think, just listen one word at a time. Don’t worry about making a mistake, just have fun don’t take it seriously and let it come out. This helps to allow the flow enough till you can eventually fully trust it. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou.

I loved the book - well read, really interesting with Sarah's own stories and those of her clients woven into it.
It makes it sound that automatic writing and verbal channeling is really easy for everyone to start doing, however having tried a few of the techniques myself, I can't seem to get any messages coming through, but I understand that I might need to persevere with the practice.
Thank you Sarah, you have convinced me I need to look for a channeling buddy too!

My only suggestion in improving this audiobook would be to have the meditations and visualisations in their own separate chapters, otherwise it's really hard to find them when I want to dip into the book again and listen to them. Also, if you're listening to an audiobook while driving, it's not easy to skip these bits and continue with the rest of the book.
