Second book by Woody that I read and like the other one, it is full of so many things that help us have a better quality of life. I will read this again for sure at least once a year. I really recommend this book to anyone. It shows so many things from another angle, with real life moment narrated that makes everything much easier to understand all of the concepts that are explained.
