I know that a lot of the problems with age are actually in your head but there is no doubt you do start to slow down a bit when you get over 40. People tend to see you as "over the hill" in your late 40's, early 50's but it needn't be so. This very well-presented audiobook is a wonderful addition to your fitness toolkit. It will help you to not only feel good but also to look good.

I've always lived a reasonably active lifestyle. However, my job keeps me bound to a desk for much of the workday. So I needed an exercise companion that would help me stay fit. This audiobook provided the motivation, but I saw results in a short amount of time. I first listened to the entire book on my daily walks. Then I examined each chapter in more detail and took notes. If you are over 50 like I am, this is the only fitness and nutrition book you will ever need. I highly recommend this book.

The audible " Your Best Body After 45" Is a great resource for training and developing body strength smartly. The knowledge share is so good. At 45 or older, it can be difficult doing a rigorous workout, however, there are less rigorous workouts in addition to other tips which this book emphasises that produces tremendous results.
