Despite taking forever to finish, this was a really easy book to get through when you're in the zone. I love that she provides so many different examples and the different perceptions etc. They provide various exercises for you to think through but these are easy ones for you to think over whilst reading, unlike other therapy books where you have a more time consuming activity. The book covers a really wide range of different things, and helps you identify what you might not be recognising in yourself/others, the impact it may likely have and how to work on changing this/changing how you react. 1000% would recommend this one, super helpful!
