Dr. Torkil Færø is a General Practitioner and emergency physician, documentary filmmaker, author and award-winning photographer. Over a 26- year career as a freelance doctor, he has worked all over Norway, had over a hundred thousand consultations and thus gained a unique picture of the diseases that plague us. He learned that the cause is most often found in the stresses our lifestyles place on our bodies. Using wearables, he found a way to track and regulate his nervous system and physiology, to improve health and longevity.
