Summary
Ugh, even the word, "boring", makes me want to run away or hide.
In today's episode, I will address the dread we feel as women with ADHD when we have to do something that doesn't interest us. Because, the reality is, sometimes in life we have to do boring things, whether we like it or not.
But don't fret, in today's episode we will talk about how the opposite of boring (those life-giving, exciting things in our lives) can actually help us get through the mundane things.
Happy listening!
