Summary

 Jamie and Seb review the penultimate game of the campaign, as the fight for promotion and safety goes down to the final day. AFC Wimbledon and Burton Albion secured survival with a win at Wigan Athletic and draw with Exeter City respectively. Leyton Orient will be in a straight shoot-out with Exeter on the final day, as they lost to Blackpool and depended their relegation woes. At the other end of the table, Lincoln City hit 100 points and lifted the League One crown. Bolton Wanderers have confirmed a play-off spot by drawing with Bradford City, while Stockport County need just one more point after Louie Barry netted a hat-trick against Peterborough United.
