In this episode of Fashion Means Business, Dave Chase sits down with Ruth Jacob, Course Leader for MA Fashion Marketing & Global Cultures at London College of Fashion, to explore his unique career at the intersection of music and fashion.
Starting out in the music industry, Dave went on to become the first Head of Music at Burberry, where he worked closely with then Creative Director Christopher Bailey. Together, they shaped the sound of some of the brand’s most iconic campaigns, runway shows, and Maker’s House experiences.
Since leaving Burberry, Dave has continued to define how brands sound—creating sonic identities for campaigns and shows for Tiffany & Co., Chanel, Joseph, and PANGAIA.
From the power of music in branding to the future of sensory marketing, this episode is packed with insights on creativity, strategy, and building emotional connection in fashion.
