Voice of Science Afghanistan continues with Session 4 of our astronomy course, AST100 – Introduction to Astronomy, in partnership with Future Bridge Organization. In this session, we explore the forces that hold the universe together — gravity and motion. We trace the journey from Aristotle's early observations to Newton's laws of motion and universal gravitation, and finally to Einstein's general relativity, which revealed that gravity is not a pull between objects but a curve in the very fabric of space and time. Along the way, we'll see how each breakthrough didn't just change science — it changed how humanity understood its place in the cosmos. This is the fourth session in the AST100 series. در این جلسه، به بررسی نیروهایی می‌پردازیم که جهان را در کنار هم نگه می‌دارند — گرانش و حرکت. ما این مسیر را از مشاهدات اولیه ارسطو آغاز می‌کنیم، به قوانین حرکت و گرانش عمومی نیوتن می‌رسیم، و در نهایت به نظریه نسبیت عمومی اینشتین می‌پردازیم — نظریه‌ای که نشان داد گرانش نه یک نیروی کشش میان اجسام، بلکه خمیدگی در بافت خود فضا و زمان است.

در این مسیر، خواهیم دید که هر یک از این پیشرفت‌ها نه تنها علم را تغییر داد، بلکه درک انسان از جایگاه خود در کیهان را نیز دگرگون ساخت.
