The mission of AIPIS is to properly educate real estate specialists and investors in the proven methods of income property investments as a road to building wealth. He also wanted to assist these same professionals with a means to earn the necessary credits to renew their required licenses. The best way to accomplish all of these goals was to offer online courses. Thus, AIPIS was born! Jason Hartman has been involved in several thousand real estate transactions and has owned income properties in 11 states and 17 cities. His company, Platinum Properties Investor Network, Inc. helps people to achieve "The American Dream" of financial freedom via the purchase of income property in prudent markets.
