Its members are the national associations of Albania, Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Colombia, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Mexico, Russia, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand and Turkey.

Felca members are qualified and accredited agents specialising in advising students who wish to study abroad, learn or improve a language, spend time in high school or pursue a university degree abroad.
