• What A (Neuro)Shambles! With Mark Allen
    Jun 12 2026

Mark Allen is the creator and host of Neuroshambles, the podcast that explores the realities of raising neurodivergent children with honesty, humour, and lived experience. Mark is a dad of three neurodivergent children, a writer, neurodiversity advocate, public speaker, and former stand-up comedian, and he describes himself as an undiagnosed neurotypical navigating family life as best he can. In this episode, we talk about how his parenting style has changed since learning more about neurodivergence, the story of a very unconventional wedding, and Mark’s impressive neurotypical superpower: being able to just use any cutlery in the drawer!

  • No Baking, All Chaos! With Heather AKA A Bit Of Baking & Chaos!
    Jun 5 2026

Heather is the cool, late-diagnosed, childfree millennial aunt you never knew you needed. She runs Bit of Baking and Chaos, sharing the lived experience of ADHD, from managing work and hormones to the everyday chaos of a brain that works a bit differently. Diagnosed in her thirties, she also creates practical resources for people looking for actual answers, not just awareness.

I loved recording this episode. Even though it was the first time Heather and I had spoken in person I felt super relaxed with her and I think that really comes across in our chat. It's a sea of tangents and anecdotes. Enjoy! For all things Heather related click here!

  • Spice Up Your Life! With Charlie From Neurospicy & Co!
    May 22 2026

Charlie is the founder of Neurospicy & Co., a clothing brand centred around neurodiversity and disability awareness, and honest conversations about real life. As an autistic and ADHD mum of three (two of whom are also autistic, and one likely to be diagnosed with ADHD also), she share's the messy, unfiltered reality of parenting, burnout, and navigating a world not built for us.

Through her content and her brand, she aims to make people feel seen, understood, and a little less alone, while also challenging the way society views neurodivergence.

I had a great time chatting with Charlie. We talked all about our own experiences of discovering our neurodivergence and also Charlie's experience of being a mum to neurodivergent children, interactions with other parents of both neurodivergent and also neurotypical children and what it's been like starting her own brand of neuroaffirming clothing.

  • The Good Sleep Guide For Neurodivergent Kids! With Dr Melisa Moore
    Apr 24 2026

Melisa Moore, PhD, is the author of The Good Sleep Guide for Neurodivergent Kids. A clinical psychologist board certified in behavioral sleep medicine, she works at the sleep center at Rady Children's Health San Diego. She also has a practice in the Los Angeles area working with children, teens, and young adults across the country for a variety of sleep and mood issues, specializing in neurodiversity.

I've talked so much in previous episodes of the podcast about how difficult and unnatural I've found sleep since I was a child and I know for parents of neurodivergent children, sleep issues can cause huge amounts of stress and upset. Melisa was the perfect person to get on the podcast to talk to about how we can help neurodivergent children with sleep problems and potentially also help ourselves too! Enjoy!
