Summary
Cat Cubie is a broadcaster with over 20 years of experience presenting across TV, radio and digital — from hosting primetime BBC to ITV and Channel 4 to fronting her own daily radio show on Heart Scotland.
Alongside her broadcasting career, she created The Sleep Mums podcast during lockdown — a show that became an award-winner, landed a book deal with HarperCollins, and reached Amazon bestseller status.
These experiences, and her own journey through the highs and insecurities of public life, led her to focus on confidence, imposter syndrome and finding your authentic voice.
In this episode we talk about being confident-ish, Cat shares her confidence kit with us and she vulnerably shares about how she has come through her PMDD journey.
You can find Cat at catcubie.com and Monday - Friday on Heart Radio 1-4pm.
If you love this episode as much as I did, please share on social media, you'll find us @shecanpod and @catqb
