How to make a Whiskey Sour Mocktail
Ingredients
- 3 ounces of strong black tea, cooled
- 1/2 ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 tablespoon of simple syrup - made with maple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Angostura bitters
- Garnish: maraschino cherries
Instructions
- Combine the tea, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into a shaker with ice,
- Shake vigorously for 20 seconds
- Add a few ice cubes to the shaker and shake again for another 20 seconds,
- Strain into a rocks glass,
- Add a few drops of the bitters,
- Garnish with maraschino cherries.
