Such a beautiful and peaceful powerful sleep meditation narrated by the wonderful author that is Gabby Bernstein a favourite of mine & of Hay House , such a calm and gentle voice talking you through a guided Yoga Nidra Meditation which is perfect for helping your brain concentrate on deep sleep which can be helpful during times of intense stress and anxiety as well as other problems relating to sleep. I am so grateful to have been able to download this audio as it’s my go to meditation when I’m not switching off as easily as my tired mind and body may feel like… love, love, love it! This audio book is so relaxing I felt like i was glued to the bed, its a shame it didn't help me sleep but I have alot of trouble getting to sleep anyway.
