  • Ep 173: O.F.G. May
    May 12 2026
O.F.G. means opportunities for growth. Every situation we experience presents a seemingly infinite number of growth opportunities towards becoming the highest version of ourselves. However, it is up to us to train our minds to identify the opportunities and to integrate our hearts in the process. In this series of episodes, Jeff and Tatsu illustrate their thought processes when triggered by people and events in their lives. Digging into my 93-year-old dad’s communication style Being triggered by his tone of voice is tied to my root fears The gap between my and my son’s communication styles Allowing the space for discomfort We can be the generational change Leaning into what’s uncomfortable ------------------------- CONNECT WITH JEFF: Website: https://jeffmillercoaching.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeffmillercoaching/ IG: @jeffmillercoaching FB: https://www.facebook.com/jeff.miller.7965 Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/jeffmillercoaching CONNECT WITH TATSU: Website: https://tatsuyafushimi.com LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tatsuyafushimi/ IG: @tatsuyafushimi FB: https://www.facebook.com/tatsuya.fushimi.9/ Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/tatsuyafushimi

  • Ep 172: The Reinvention Loop
    May 5 2026
When was the last time you reinvented yourself? And what drove that reinvention? What area(s) in your life did you reinvent? Reinvention is far more than a change. It is a transformation. We often consider a reinvention only when our usual strategies and tactics stop working. It is a reactionary, almost desperate, attempt to salvage something. Our decision to reinvent is usually a delayed choice, while our intuition immediately signals when it is time. So, we probably do not reinvent ourselves often enough. Reinvention presents the opportunity for us to realign our lives holistically and express ourselves in ways we currently do not. To squeeze as much juice out of life as possible, it would be wise to foster an empowering and inspirational relationship with reinvention. Need vs. want of reinvention Reinvention as an opportunity to express yourself differently Purpose with the doing vs. the being Change vs. transformation Opportunity to reinvent doesn’t stop The dynamic dance of vision and dreaming Using vision and dreams to win each day ------------------------- CONNECT WITH JEFF: Website: https://jeffmillercoaching.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeffmillercoaching/ IG: @jeffmillercoaching FB: https://www.facebook.com/jeff.miller.7965 Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/jeffmillercoaching CONNECT WITH TATSU: Website: https://tatsuyafushimi.com LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tatsuyafushimi/ IG: @tatsuyafushimi FB: https://www.facebook.com/tatsuya.fushimi.9/ Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/tatsuyafushimi

  • Ep 171: Clarity Comes After The Choice, Not Before
    Apr 28 2026
Many of us want clarity before making a choice that will require time, energy, money, and other resources. We want the straightest, most efficient path to a goal. But what is clarity? Evidence to support a logical or practical conclusion? Assurance that we are making the right choice? An intuitive sense of alignment? An attempt to avoid wasting resources? It is a combination of things. But how do we know we are choosing the straightest, most efficient path to a goal? We do not know. We gain more clarity only after we choose and collect more information. We never actually have the clarity we seek because the information we collect is never complete. Also, our biased perception of the world taints our decision-making process. So, the clarity we seek is actually faux, not what we truly want. More clarity of what you don’t want Fake clarity wrapped up in lived experience, opinions, and context Awareness of boundaries after the event Reactionary behavior isn’t clarity Reflecting on a future choice can lead to being more unclear Clarity of commitments over clarity of a choice Fear of the winding road and being wrong ------------------------- CONNECT WITH JEFF: Website: https://jeffmillercoaching.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeffmillercoaching/ IG: @jeffmillercoaching FB: https://www.facebook.com/jeff.miller.7965 Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/jeffmillercoaching CONNECT WITH TATSU: Website: https://tatsuyafushimi.com LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tatsuyafushimi/ IG: @tatsuyafushimi FB: https://www.facebook.com/tatsuya.fushimi.9/ Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/tatsuyafushimi
