    While it was a mixed day overall for President Trump at the Supreme Court, the justices gave him another big win on executive power, ruling 6-3 that he had the power to fire a Democratic commissioner on the FTC. The court essentially overturned a 91-year-old decision, signaling presidents can fire heads of agencies that had been considered independent.
