How many ideas have you had over the years that never went anywhere? Not because they were bad ideas, not because they couldn't have worked, but because you convinced yourself you weren't ready.

From walking dogs whilst working in the NHS to launching a sweets delivery business during lockdown, and eventually building Canny Crystals from a simple idea that appeared almost overnight, this is a conversation about what can happen when you stop waiting for certainty and start taking action.

We'll explore why confidence doesn't come before action and how some of the biggest opportunities in life begin as small, seemingly insignificant ideas. I'll also share the mindset shifts that helped me move from overthinking to doing, and why waiting until you feel ready might be the very thing keeping you stuck.
