Then Zach shares a mindset lesson he picked up from Manny Ramirez in Cleveland. Two words. That's me. The guys talk about why celebrating good swings and good pitches matters just as much as fixing the bad ones, and Zach tells the story of Hunter Greene wearing the t-shirt before a postgame interview.

The Player Spotlight goes to Brody Bumilla, the left-handed pitcher out of Massachusetts with the cross-body angle, upper-nineties fastball, sweeping slider, and a changeup that has every coach watching.

In this debut episode, Zach and Marc break down what CWB NE is all about: player visibility, player development resources, mental performance coaching, and connecting the next generation of baseball talent with the coaches and scouts who can take them further.

Marc shares his background in elite baseball and why he spent the last several years coaching mental performance at the major league level. Zach shares his own path to the big leagues as an infielder. Together, they introduce a third partner, Mark Budzinski, currently the first base coach for the Toronto Blue Jays, who represents exactly the kind of pathway CWB NE wants to help Northeast players chase.
