We’re two women in different seasons of life who believe connection changes everything. Nothing is off limits here. We talk about what women are really carrying, even when they’re smiling through it. We were carrying 85 more lbs each and it wasn’t because we loved food. We loved the feeling food gave us.

This show is for the woman who feels overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted, stuck, or unsure of who she is anymore. Whether you’re navigating motherhood, marriage, divorce, dating, health struggles, burnout, or figuring out what’s next, pull up a chair.

Lenee is a wife, mom, health coach, and storyteller who transformed her life from the inside out, while navigating depression. She is passionate about helping women who are dealing with aging parents, raising a child with complex medical needs, rediscover their confidence, health, joy, and purpose with honesty, humor, and heart.

Kristen is a speaker, entrepreneur, health coach, wife, mom, and truth teller who rebuilt her life after divorce while raising kids, growing a business, and navigating anxiety. She’s passionate about helping women reclaim their health, confidence, voice, finances, and identity in life’s messy seasons.

Together, we’re bringing you vulnerable stories, practical wisdom, laughter, encouragement, and the conversations most people are thinking but not saying out loud.
