On the cocktail side of things, today Ben is drinking a City Connect Sour while Matthew is drinking a Philadelphia Freedom. Recipes below.
City Connect Sour- 2 oz Plymouth Gin
- 1/2 oz Creme de Violette
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into a coupe glass.
Philadelphia Freedom
- 2 oz Hibiscus-Orange-infused Vodka
- 1 oz Cocchi Americano
- 3/4 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz Semi-Rich Simple Syrup
- 2 Dashes Peycaud’s
- Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled couple glass.
