Linda Brown was a beautiful young mother married to David A. Brown. They had a newborn baby and living with them was Cinnamon Brown, David's teenaged daughter from a previous relationship. Roberto V. Arguelles is not a household name yet he has committed horrific murders and other crimes similar to much more well known serial killers.
