Sponsoring people, not numbers - with Michelle McPhie

In this week's episode, I interview Michelle McPhee, a senior facilitator in the direct sales space with TAP (The Accountability Partners) in Canada, about team building and sponsoring in the network marketing industry. Michelle shared her personal journey from reluctantly starting in direct sales with her husband Neil to becoming a successful business leader and trainer, heading up the Canadian arm of some of the biggest names in the industry.

We discuss the importance of human connection in business, especially in today's technology-driven world, and emphasize the need to treat team members and customers as individuals rather than numbers. Michelle provides insights on effective team building through personalization, recognition, and understanding each team member's unique goals and strengths.
