• 268 - No Designated Drivers Left - DB22 (S4 Eps 11, 12 & 13)
    Jun 10 2026

Our 22nd Deja Brew podcast starts off with ‘Turn Left’ where Donna goes on a Capra-esque journey whilst the Doctor wisely sits this one out to get a Brazilian. Next up is ‘The Stolen Earth’ where the Doctor and Donna find that the Earth has been... well... stolen. Fortunately all the spin offs were free to phone in a tip on how to find it. Finally we have ‘Journey’s End’ where Donna returns to her old life totally ‘wiped out’ whilst the Doctor tells Rose to ‘talk to the hand’. Oh! And don’t forget Daleks speaking German. Willkommen auf der Erde, bitches!

    May 27 2026

Continuing with the 21st Nu-Who-Deja-Brew-Re-Watch-Mini-Series (but really... isn’t it a Maxi-Series by now?), we got some here bangers on this here episode! ‘Silence In The Library’ has the Doctor and Donna try to find out (Hey!) who turned out the lights(!) whilst ‘Forest Of The Dead’ spoil(er)s the manner of death for future companion(ish) Professor River Song. Then ‘Midnight’ has Donna wisely not go on the educational field trip... that nearly has the Doctor jettisoned out an airlock bee tee dubs... so that she can get an awesome mani-pedi! Do Donna’s drapes match the curtains? Spoilers sweeties! Oh... that’s not a nail thing? Whoopsies...

  • 266 - This Shot Makes Me See Across All Times - DB 20 (S4 Eps 5, 6 & 7)
    May 13 2026

The 20th Deja Brew podcast leads off with ‘The Poison Sky’ where an early adopter of the man-o-sphere sees the errors of his ways and blows himself up real good in order to prevent an invasion of Sontarans... of his own making tho so F that guy! ‘The Doctor’s Daughter’ follows with said daughter/clone of the Doctor being introduced and never mentioned/referenced again much to the chagrin of co-host Steve... whilst co-host John secretly/openly cackles at Steve’s chagrin-ery. Last up ‘The Unicorn And The Wasp’ finds the Doctor and Donna cos-playing a live action game of Clue. I correctly guessed Agatha Christie in the 1920’s with an alien Wasp! Twenty-three skidoo!

Continuing with series 4’s ‘The Fires Of Pompeii’ where the Doctor and Martha take a light-hearted jaunt to the past whilst unwittingly causing the deaths of thousands. ‘Planet Of The Ood’ finds our duo taking a light-hearted jaunt to the future whilst unwittingly taking part in a slave uprising. Lastly (for this podcast episode at least) ‘The Sontaran Stratagem’ reunites the Doctor with Martha whilst Donna unwittingly traps her grandfather in a deadly car. Apparently this podcast was unwittingly brought to you by adverbs.

  • 263 - Got So Drunk I Slept With The Fishes (TWBTLATS 5)
    Apr 1 2026

We conclude our ‘War On Sobriety’ by watching the fifth and final episode of the Doctor Whojacent series ‘The War Between The Land And The Sea’. ‘The End Of The War’ accomplishes what the title promises by turning totally normal bloke Barclay into an unwitting biological weapon. Because said weapon craves those fishy kisses from Salt, Barclay infects her and then she infects two friends, and they infect two friends, and so on and so on... until 90 percent of the Sea Devils die as a result of this interspecies lip-locking! But at least Barclay and Salt get to swim off into the sunset whilst Kate goes apeshit on some douche litterbug. So... happy ending?

    Mar 18 2026

‘The Witch And The Waterfall’ is the fourth episode of our ‘War On Sobriety’ mini-series where inst we continue to take a magnifying glass to the ‘Doctor Who’ spin-off: ‘The War Between The Land And The Sea’. Whilst punctuation and run-on sentences continue to be tortured for these podcast descriptions, totally normal bloke Barclay goes on the run with Salt, Salt discovers Barclay tastes of salt, and they finally have their ‘Shape of Water’ moment. Off screen of course because nobody wants to see that. Well maybe purported ichthyophiliac Troy McClure would. Allegedly.

  • 261 - Going Deep Sea Drunk Diving (TWBTLATS3)
    Mar 5 2026

We’re still conducting our ‘War On Sobriety’ by discussing ‘The Deep’, the third episode of ‘The War Between The Land And The Sea’, the Doctor Whojacent mini-series. This time totally normal bloke Barclay agrees to meet with Salt on their home turf: five miles under water. Whilst Barclay hopes his submersible doesn’t go full ‘Titan’ on the trip down, Kate is fighting to prevent the titans of industry from imploding the tenuous truce with the Sea Devils, and Colonel Ibrahim wants his and Kate’s relationship to go public. Unfortunately his wish may be granted posthumously. RIP Colonel Sexy.
